MeokBang Korean BBQ and BAR is a Korean barbecue chain under the Fulum Group, with a branch in Wan Chai. It was the first in the group to import Korean beef directly, and it serves authentic Korean barbecue alongside cheesy egg cooked at the edge of the grill. The restaurant is positioned around Korean barbecue, and the setting suits groups gathering for a shared meal, with tables arranged around the grill. Multiple branches operate across Hong Kong, making the brand relatively easy to find. Seafood and dim sum are also offered alongside the grilled items, so the menu goes beyond a single type of meat. The cheesy egg heats gradually at the rim of the grill, adding an interactive and distinctive touch to the meal. Prices are around HK$80, which places the restaurant in the more affordable range. Service centres on helping with the grilling and changing the grill rack at the right moments, keeping the pace brisk. Diners who enjoy Korean barbecue will find the format familiar and convenient. Overall, MeokBang Korean BBQ and BAR offers an accessible chain style option for Korean barbecue in Wan Chai.
